The facility supports a collaborative, patient and family-centered care team that includes Family Medicine Physicians, a Pediatrician, Advanced Practice Clinicians, an Internal Medicine Physician, a General Surgeon, and a Psychologist, all working together in a beautiful new building.

Physician - Family Medicine
Job Details:

• Full-time, 1.0 FTE opportunity with 32-34 patient contact hours per week
• Schedule: Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Based in Jamestown, ND with no outreach requirements
• OB services available with or without C-section privileges; training for C-sections can be provided
• Average outpatient volume of 16-20 patients per day
• Average inpatient volume of 5-10 patients per day
• Call coverage ratio of 1:13 with one week of inpatient service at a time, rotated among all community physicians
• Onsite services include Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, General Surgery, Diabetes Education, Dietitian, Pathology/Lab, Radiology/Imaging, Physical Therapy, and Tobacco Cessation
• Outreach services include ENT, Oncology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Sports Medicine, and Weight Loss (non-surgical)
• Serve as a leader of a Care Team, working collaboratively with other healthcare team members to achieve patient care objectives and provide continuity of care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required
