Compensation: $16.00 - $21.00 an hour based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Quick Lane Technician, you will specialize in maintenance and light repair work. Focus on quick, high-volume jobs: brakes, tires, filters, batteries, and etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation and the ability to work as a team, independently when in the pit and efficiently.

• Perform maintenance and light repair on all makes and models.
• Ability to effectively communicate the repair needs to an Advisor.
• Maintains all company provided tools and equipment in proper operating condition.
• Reports any missing or damaged tools to management.
• Suggests products, service, equipment, and practices to improve sales, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Utilizes Quick Lane processes and policies to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient and effective service operations.
• Responsible for other duties assigned and/or required by business needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous light duty repair and maintenance preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass preemployment drug test and background check.
• Ability to utilize physical and manual dexterity.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle pressure.
