This is a patient-facing role that plays a critical part in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant handling of medical record requests.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, is detail-oriented, and is looking for long-term growth opportunities within a healthcare organization.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Serve as the front desk point of contact for patient walk-ins requesting medical records or releasesProvide phone support to patients, providers, and authorized requestorsProcess Release of Information (ROI) requests accurately and timelyFax, scan, and manage incoming and outgoing medical record requestsBurn medical images to CDs and share images electronically as requiredSupport client relationship management through professional communicationAssist with reporting and administrative duties such as data entry and emailEnsure compliance with HIPAA, privacy regulations, and facility policiesTraining & OnboardingVROI training providedOn-the-job, onsite training during the first 30 daysSkillsStrong customer service and communication skillsComfortable working in a patient-facing, front desk environmentDetail-oriented with the ability to manage confidential informationReliable, punctual, and professionalAbility to multitask and work independentlyBenefits & Growth OpportunitiesFull-time benefits, including: medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; tuition reimbursementPaid Time Off, including major holidaysIn-person role with opportunities for growth and advancement within the companyQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required • Must be 18 years of age or older
