BUSINESS ANALYST I

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform high-volume data entry within internal systems (CDM module).
• Review and validate customer payment information for accuracy.
• Research and determine correct payment application using internal tools.
• Assist team members with payment-related research tasks.
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency in repetitive workflows.
• Follow standard operating procedures and internal guidelines.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion

Skills:

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering).
• Familiarity with data entry systems and databases (training provided for tools like Remitco, Genesis, CAD).
• Understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR) processes (preferred).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering).
