Description

• Confirming demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment.
• Maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times. 
• Facilitating copay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered.
• Managing patient flow from the point of entry to destination.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of Customer Service work experience
• Ability to communicate proactively and effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ellettsville, IN.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Ellettsville,IN.
