WELDER Full Time Conroe, TX, US Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Flexibility to work additional hours as business needs require. About the Role We're looking for a skilled Welder to join our team at our Conroe Headquarters. In this role, you'll handle manufacturing, fabrication, and repair of a variety of equipment, working across multiple welding processes and techniques. What You'll Do Perform welding and fabrication tasks to manufacture, build, and repair equipment Apply hard-surfacing techniques to extend equipment life and durability Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols Inspect completed work for quality and structural integrity What You'll Need Hands-on experience with: Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG) Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG) Oxy-Acetylene Welding (OAW) and cutting Hard surfacing Ability to read technical drawings and welding symbols Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Reliable, safety-focused work ethic A valid driver's license Physical Requirements The job requires strenuous activities including walking, bending, climbing and being able to lift. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kayden Industries
