Position Overview

Standard Engineering + Field Services is seeking a creative, motivated, and organized individual to join our team as a Marketing & Digital Media Coordinator. This position will support the company's marketing efforts through social media management, digital content creation, company branding, and professional marketing materials.

Working closely with company leadership, this individual will help promote our services, highlight our projects and employees, and strengthen our presence among existing clients, prospective clients, municipalities, and other organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing & Social Media: Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content, including project highlights, employee spotlights, company announcements, videos, and promotional campaigns. Assist with website content and maintaining a consistent online presence.
• Photography & Content Collection: Visit company jobsites, laboratories, offices, and company events to capture photographs, videos, and other content for marketing purposes. Coordinate with employees and project managers to identify opportunities to showcase our work.
• Marketing Materials & Branding: Design and update brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, recruiting materials, promotional items, and other branded company materials. Assist with selecting, ordering, and obtaining marketing supplies and promotional products.
• Client & Municipal Marketing: Work alongside leadership to develop marketing materials and communications targeting existing and prospective clients, municipalities, and government organizations. Support efforts to promote company services, maintain client relationships, and increase business visibility.
• Professional Documentation: Gather employee qualifications, certifications, and project experience to create and maintain professional resumes, project profiles, and company qualification materials for use by internal teams in municipal, government, and contracted project submissions.
• Marketing Coordination: Help plan and support company events, community involvement, client outreach, and other promotional activities. Maintain organized marketing files, photographs, branding assets, and content schedules.

Qualifications

• Interest in marketing, social media, digital media, communications, or graphic design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with creativity and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic photography or video editing.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe, Microsoft Office, or similar design and productivity software preferred.
• Comfortable learning new technology, digital tools, and AI-assisted content creation.
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple assignments, and work independently while collaborating with employees and leadership.
• Willingness to travel locally to jobsites, company offices, and events as needed.

A degree or previous professional marketing experience is not required. Relevant education, personal projects, internships, or hands-on experience in content creation and design are welcome.
