- Follow all assigned work and cleaning schedules.
- Perform day-to-day housekeeping tasks as assigned by supervisor or department.
- Coordinate housekeeping activities with nursing staff, particularly in resident and recreational areas.
- Communicate with supervisor about unusual cleaning needs or concerns.
- Ensure all work and storage areas are clean, safe, and organized:
- Use appropriate cleaning/disinfecting solutions for surfaces.
- Set up appropriate safety/caution signage when performing floor care or other high-risk tasks.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
