Delivery Manager

Overview Swoon's client within the Utilities industry is actively seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the refresh of our Operational Technology (OT) systems. Contract Duration: 12 months to start Location: ONSITE , travel to locations 30% of the time to Redlands, Bakersfield, Rosemead, Catalina Island, among others Base pay range $75.00/hr - $80.00/hr Responsibilities Lead the delivery of OT systems refresh initiatives across multiple generation sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., NERC CIP, NIST, ISA/IEC 62443) and organizational policies. Oversee hardware and software lifecycle management, including procurement, installation, and decommissioning. Travel to onsite locations (30%) across Southern California to support project delivery – not limited to Redlands, Bakersfield, Rosemead, Catalina Island. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience delivering large-scale OT/IT infrastructure or refresh projects in a critical infrastructure or industrial control systems (ICS) environment. Strong understanding of Operational Technology networks, SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and field device infrastructure. Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (NERC CIP, NIST, ISA/IEC 62443) and regulatory compliance. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
