Industrial Self-Perform Project Manager Build Projects. Lead People. Deliver Excellence. East & Westbrook Construction is looking for a hands-on Project Manager who thrives in industrial, self-perform environments. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of projects, leads from the front, and is committed to safety, quality, and delivering results. What You’ll Do Lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Drive and model our Safety Program—safety is our #1 priority Partner with Safety to develop site-specific safety plans Build and maintain project schedules and look-aheads Manage field teams, including Foremen, FITs, and Leadmen Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment Monitor daily progress, budgets, and job performance Proactively identify and solve delays, risks, and field challenges Ensure projects meet quality standards, specs, and client expectations Prepare job status reports and maintain clear communication with stakeholders Support E&W’s Core Values: Safety, Quality, Performance, and Accountability What You Bring 3+ years of construction project management experience Strong knowledge of self-perform work, means & methods, and field execution Proven leadership in managing crews and developing field talent Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders Experience with construction scheduling and project management tools Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills PMP certification is a plus (not required) Why Join E&W Work for a self-perform contractor with real field expertise Be part of a team that values doing the job right the first time Clear expectations, strong leadership, and a culture of continuous improvement Opportunity to grow your career while building meaningful projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
