As a Registered Nurse in the Rehab specialty, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for your patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing age-specific patient care using nursing processes
• Assisting in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff such as LPNs and Unit Secretaries
• Educating patients and families to prepare them for discharge
• Demonstrating flexibility with work schedule changes and fulfilling on-call requirements
• Floating to all units within your skill level as needed

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• 1+ years of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) and/or Rehab settings
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to exhibit patience and tact
• Cooperative and collaborative nature, especially in stressful situations
• Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• Active Ohio or Compact RN License
