Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna'i, lies the secluded retreat of Four Seasons Resort Lāna'i, an oceanfront destination offering travelers a curated, personalized island escape. The five-star, five-diamond Resort offers outdoor restaurants, including Nobu Lāna'i, a kid's club, Tennis Garden, cultural programming, beach and pool with spacious seating areas nestled among tropical gardens, Hawanawana spa and luxury retail boutiques. LEAD ESTHETICIAN


The Four Seasons Resort Lāna'i is looking for a Lead Esthetician who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

Hawanawana Spa, with a line-up of exclusive world-class spa brands including Eminence, Knesko, OSEA, Shankara and HydraFacial, offers a menu comprising a careful selection of treatments, combining tradition with innovation. Offering an holistic relaxation experience for guests - Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i also features two fitness and yoga facilities - both with fabulous ocean views. Guests looking to add fitness to their wellness regime can explore our comprehensive fitness and yoga programs that include Personal Training, Kettlebell Power, Full Body Conditioning, Core Conditioning, Tai Chi, and Anti-Gravity Yoga (Aerial Yoga).


WHAT YOU'LL DO


Hawanawana Spa invites you to join our team as a Lead Esthetician, where you will oversee all aspects of the facial and skincare programs while delivering exceptional treatments that align with the brand's luxury standards. This dual role includes performing advanced skincare treatments, supervising the aesthetics team, maintaining treatment protocols, and ensuring the spa operates at the highest level of excellence. You will also play a vital role in fostering a collaborative and professional environment while supporting the achievement of financial and service-related goals Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Skincare Excellence

• Deliver personalized, high-quality facial treatments and aesthetic services that exceed guest expectations.

• Maintain current knowledge of skincare techniques, products, and industry trends to ensure innovative and effective treatments.

• Promote retail products and educate guests on personalized skincare routines to enhance results.

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise and mentor a team of aestheticians, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

• Conduct training sessions to maintain and elevate service quality and team expertise.

• Evaluate aestheticians regularly to ensure adherence to service protocols and quality standards.

• Develop team schedules, ensuring adequate coverage to meet guest demand and operational efficiency.

Operational Management

• Oversee inventory levels for skincare supplies and retail products, creating purchase orders as needed.

• Write and update treatment protocols to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.

• Conduct regular spa walkthroughs to ensure treatment rooms are properly equipped, clean, and meet operational standards.

Guest Experience

• Act as a point of contact for guest feedback, addressing concerns with professionalism and care.

• Recommend and promote new treatments and services based on guest preferences and industry trends.

• Create a welcoming and serene environment for every guest interaction.

WHAT TO BRING

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

• Weekend and Holiday availability required.

• Hawaii State License as an Esthetician

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a certified esthetician in a luxury spa or wellness environment, preferably with at least 1 year of supervisory experience

• Strong understanding of high-quality spa service experiences and skincare techniques.

• Ability to operate and maintain all facial equipment to the highest standards.
