Thank you for attending the UCI ASCE Fall Civil/Environmental Career & Internship Fair!

Our goal is to provide the training, mentoring, and workload required to develop our professionals into fully competent service providers. To support this goal, we encourage all of our team to be leaders in their respective areas of technical expertise and to learn key consulting skills such as managing budgets and schedules, communicating with clients, marketing/business development, and presenting to various audiences. This approach allows our employees to develop professionally and pursue various career paths without ever leaving the HDR family.

We are interested in individuals who desire to pursue a career in this type of culture and encourage new graduates to help lead HDR into the future.
