MLOps Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an MLOps Engineer for a leading manufacturing and packaging solutions client. This individual will be responsible for supporting enterprise AI initiatives, developing and maintaining machine learning operations within Microsoft Azure, and helping drive innovation through Microsoft Copilot technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python development, experience working with large-scale data environments, and hands-on expertise with OpenAI and Claude models. This role requires excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience operating in complex enterprise environments. Candidates with Microsoft or Azure certifications and a passion for emerging AI technologies will be highly valued.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of MLOps, Machine Learning Engineering, or AI Engineering experience

Strong Microsoft Azure expertise

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio

Advanced Python development skills

Experience utilizing OpenAI and Claude LLMs

Strong data management, data manipulation, and data pipeline experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments

Experience working within large enterprise organizations Azure certifications

Microsoft AI or Copilot-related certifications

Experience deploying and operationalizing GenAI solutions

Experience with enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance

Experience building MLOps pipelines in Azure environments
