Customer Success Manager

About the role CodeHS is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help manage school implementations and onboarding. You will work closely with educators and schools to facilitate teaching coding to students worldwide. Responsibilities Handle questions from CodeHS customers. Onboard new customers and recommend product use. Work with teachers and administrators on implementation to ensure success. Manage accounts throughout the school year with regular check‑ins via email, phone, and video demos. Maintain deep understanding of the CodeHS product and curriculum catalog. Assist with integrations between CodeHS and school/district systems. Track account data and assess customer satisfaction. Drive retention by keeping satisfaction high. Visit local customers and travel to major customers nationwide. Communicate customer needs and pain points to internal teams. Collaborate to ensure renewal. Work with school administrators to improve CS programs. Qualifications Passionate about improving access to quality education. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Extremely organized and detail oriented. Interest in learning more about coding; prior experience a plus. Teaching experience or experience in the educational system preferred. 5‑7% travel required.
