Customer Service Representative

Achieve sales objectives through effective customer service and communication. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for servicing and selling to different customers through an assigned district, maintaining current vendor-managed inventory setup, and planning and organizing new customer locations. District Service Representatives report to the Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities

• Interact extensively with sales representatives and customers to clarify their needs and research different situations.
• Communicate with customers to identify potential growth opportunities and product line extensions.
• Provide feedback and suggestions from customers to management and sales team.
• Offer spot buy capabilities to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist with GAP coverage for sales representatives who are on vacation or when sales territories are open.
• Learn, enforce, and support corporate policies and guidelines in a consistent, professional manner.
• Maintain a professional image.
• Complete necessary paperwork to fulfill position responsibilities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Strongsville, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
