Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with eligibility to practice in the state
• Previous school-based OT experience or working with pediatric populations preferred
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other team members
• Ability to provide comprehensive assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver engaging, meaningful interventions
• Passionate about empowering K-12 students with diverse needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver school-based OT services for a varied caseload of K-12 students
• Conduct assessments and evaluations for eligibility and progress
• Collaborate closely with education staff and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapies into students' learning environments
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in accordance with IEP guidelines
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation
