Seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry RN for a float pool assignment.
Position Highlights:

• 12-hour night shifts
• 36 guaranteed hours/week
• Every other weekend
• Must be willing to float between units
• Cerner EMR
• Navy blue scrubs
• No on-call

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor condition trends
• Administer and document medications, including IV medications
• Provide wound care and manage specialized equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams on individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on medications, post-surgical care, and discharge instructions
• Recognize signs of patient deterioration and respond appropriately

• 2+ years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• Active Michigan RN license at submission
• BLS (AHA) required
• Must be comfortable working in a float pool
