Role: Java Developer W2 Requirement Location: Wilmington, DE - Locals only USC/GC Only In person interview Mandatory The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java J2EE, PySpark/Spark, AWS services, and Agile delivery and a proven ability to design, build, and operate resilient ETL and streaming data pipelines in cloud environments . Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test,deploy, maintain, and improve Java J2EE and data pipeline solutions.
- Build and support ETLand streaming pipelines using PySpark/Spark.
- Leverage AWS servicesincluding SQS, Lambda, S3, and RDS for application and data workflows.
- Apply Agile practicesand participate in ceremonies to deliver incremental value.
- Proficiency in Java J2EEapplication development and common design techniques.
- Extensive hands-onexperience with PySpark/Spark and ETL/streaming pipelines.
- Experience with AWSservices such as SQS, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
- Advanced proficiency inone or more languages such as Python or Java.
- Understanding of CI/CD,TDD, cloud development, application resiliency, and security.
- Working knowledge acrosssoftware engineering disciplines including analysis, development, testing,deployment, and maintenance.
- 5+ years of appliedsoftware engineering experience with relevant training or certification.
- Experience with Shellscripting on Unix systems.
- Proficiency withTerraform for infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with modernLLM techniques and practical LLM use case development on OpenAI Azure.
