STORE MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000

OTE: $100,000+

Experience: 5+ Years of Sales or Operations Management Industry: Construction / Building Materials Preferred Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead sales, operations, staffing, inventory, and customer service for a construction materials retail location. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong sales, operations, and P&L management experience who can grow the business while developing a high-performing team. What You’ll Do Oversee daily store operations, sales, inventory, and customer service. Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and manage store employees. Drive sales growth, profitability, and established KPIs. Manage P&L, budgets, cash flow, and financial performance. Maintain accurate receiving, stocking, and inventory levels. Build relationships with contractors, builders, homeowners, vendors, and key accounts. Resolve customer concerns and maintain excellent service standards. Review sales reports and operational performance metrics. Support merchandising and sales-floor organization. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of progressive sales or operations management experience. Professional selling experience required. Construction materials, building products, or installation experience preferred. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Experience managing P&L statements, budgets, and financial metrics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel. High school diploma or equivalent required. Compensation $70,000–$90,000 base salary.

$100,000+ OTE.
