Position Summary: Full-time | W‑2 | Base Pay + Incentives + Full Benefits Job Type Full time Exempt Status Hourly Job Description This role is a relationship‑driven sales position focused on selling ACG‑branded and brokered insurance, memberships, and financial products. You will build and manage a customer pipeline, retain existing clients, and grow the ACG insurance portfolio. The position offers long‑term income potential through commission, with ramp‑up earnings support during the first months. Success in This Role Comes From Consistent outreach Proactive engagement with prospective clients Strong follow‑up Community networking Building trust with clients Location & Schedule Kendall, FL Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Key Responsibilities Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG‑branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products in a high‑traffic branch; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain clients, grow the portfolio, overcome objections, negotiate, and close sales. Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, recommend solutions, and quote, bind, and issue policies in line with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries professionally, and support high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, develop new business opportunities, and identify cross‑sell and referral opportunities. Required Qualifications Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license. Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire. Must qualify for, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products. Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable within the timeframe established by the Business Unit. High School diploma or equivalent. Relevant Experience 1+ year(s) of customer‑facing experience in a fast‑paced, computer‑automated environment (e.g., financial or banking). Insurance experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided to help you obtain necessary licenses and develop confidence in the role. Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and close sales opportunities, including disciplined lead tracking and pipeline management. Consultative selling skills with strong listening and customer‑first mindset. Proven ability to generate new opportunities through referrals, outbound activity, networking, and other business‑development efforts. Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications. Work Environment Temperature‑controlled AAA branch location. Variable hours, including possible weekends. Some travel to local events may be required. Compensation & Incentives Overview Base pay (non‑exempt) – Typical Starting Earnings $75,000 – $80,000+ (first year, based on performance). Ramp‑up support $5,000 processed at 30 and 60 days of employment. Supplemental pay for six months: $200/week months 0–2, $150/week months 3–4, $100/week months 5–6.
