With multiple long‑term jobs secured, VM Drilling are currently seeking long‑term FIFO RC Exploration Drillers with a strong work ethic and exceptional understanding of safe work practices to join our growing team. Trainee drillers are strongly encouraged to apply. The successful applicant will be offered an attractive remuneration package with 2:1 rosters. Requirements Valid HR‑B (minimum) driver’s licence (essential) Compliant national police clearance Pass pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screen Atlas Copco – EPIROC L8 and/or D65 experience (preferable, but not essential) Key Responsibilities Mobilise and set up drilling operations Drilling across various sites Operate various rigs Carry out minor maintenance and repairs Adhere to company policies and procedures Work in a safe environment at all times Work in remote locations Maintain good communication with the client and head office Location and Roster FIFO positions from Perth are available only.
