Project Engineer
Central Oregon G.A. Rogers, Central Oregon's top recruitment firm, has an opening for an experienced Project Engineer working in the vertical construction space. If you've got a background working with GCs on multifamily, commercial, industrial, mixed use, or public works projects, let's connect.
Project Engineer Responsibilities:
- Assist the project team with schedule updates
- Organization and processing of: RFI's, Submittals, ASI's and PR's
- Assist with project quality control
- Assist with project safety plans
- Assist the project manager with monthly pay applications
- Assist with daily problem solving and dispute resolution
Project Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
- Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
- Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Basic understanding of all facets of the construction process
- Familiarity with construction management and scheduling software
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specs
