The role involves leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals. Job Functions Hands‑on responsibility for multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care. Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑maintained facility: restroom and shower cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety checks. Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards. Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Analyze financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, and identify opportunities to improve performance. Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition. Experience and Qualifications 2+ years in retail, travel stop, c‑store, big box, grocery, or department store management. 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million. 2+ years experience analyzing budgets and P&L statements. 2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees. Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to complete a pre‑employment drug screen and background check. Skills and Requirements Availability to work various shift times, including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑satisfaction focus. Exceptional customer service, rapport building, and salesmanship. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Effective teamwork skills. Physical demands: regular talking and hearing; standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing; lifting or moving items over 75 pounds; specific vision abilities required.
