We are seeking an experienced Wire Forming Machine Setup Technician to join our growing team. Our facility utilizes modern NUCOIL wire forming equipment , all of which is less than six years old, providing a clean and efficient production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot NUCOIL wire forming machines
• Interpret engineering drawings and production specifications
• Perform machine adjustments to ensure quality and production efficiency
• Conduct first-piece inspections and maintain dimensional accuracy
• Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime
• Perform routine machine maintenance and assist with preventative maintenance
• Maintain quality standards and safe work practices
• Work collaboratively with production personnel to meet customer deadlines

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience setting up and operating wire forming equipment (required)
• Experience with NUCOIL wire forming machines is highly preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
