As a Sales Lead at Lytegen, you will spearhead the sales department, driving performance and motivating your team to exceed business objectives. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This is a leadership role that requires strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve sales goals consistently.
- Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Monitor sales metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
- Manage key client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives to develop their potential.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales leadership position.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Goal-oriented and proactive in driving results.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
