Job Details Title: Staff GIS Analyst Location: New Albany, OH Posted: 2/2/2026 Job ID#: 11098 Category: Land Position Type: Full Time, Regular Job Description Provide mapping and analysis support for the entire Land, Regulatory, Environmental, and Operations effort. Interpret complex land and legal descriptions, manage GIS raster, vector, and tabular data sets, and conduct GIS analysis. Produce GIS graphics for reports and presentations, and develop new ways to integrate GIS technology into daily workflows. Responsibilities Interpret difficult land and legal descriptions and integrate data while maintaining processes and data management standards. Manage GIS data sets and perform GIS analysis. Produce GIS graphics for reports and presentations. Develop new methods for integrating GIS technology into workflows. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in geography, cartography, GIS, or a closely related field (or commensurate experience). Minimum 7 years of professional experience. Proficiency with Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and ArcGIS Pro. Applied understanding of geoprocessing and experience with FME and/or ModelBuilder. Experience with Portal for ArcGIS; Python scripting preferred but not required. Familiar with oil and gas leasing and assignments, legal land descriptions, and map projections. Experience in the Ohio Utica region, oil & gas operations, pipelines and facilities is a plus. Team player, self‑motivated, detail oriented, and capable of improving workflow efficiencies.
