Role Description The Technician role is a full‑time hybrid position based in Miami, FL, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include performing pest control services at residential and commercial properties, inspecting structures and environments to identify pest issues, and applying appropriate treatments in accordance with safety and regulatory standards. Technicians communicate with customers to explain findings, recommend service plans, and provide education on preventive measures. The role also involves maintaining accurate service records, managing equipment and materials, and collaborating with branch team members to ensure high‑quality customer service and efficient routing. Occasional local travel within the service area is required. Qualifications Ability to perform hands‑on field work, including inspections, treatment applications, and safe handling of tools and materials. Strong customer service and communication skills to explain services, address questions, and build long‑term client relationships. Basic problem‑solving and observational skills for identifying pest issues and determining appropriate treatment solutions. Comfort with using mobile devices or tablets to document service activities, complete digital forms, and follow routing schedules. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to travel locally in the Miami, FL area. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and operate independently in the field and from home. Willingness to complete company‑provided training and obtain any required state or local pest control licenses or certifications.
