As one of the largest companies in our industry, with 7 manufacturing facilities, 8 sales and operations offices, and over 1,000 employees across the US and Canada, Pattison ID is committed to offering a culture where team members can achieve their unique career ambitions, while embodying our Core Values of Innovation, Delight, Dependability, Involvement and Drive.Essential Functions: What you'll do:Develop detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication documents using AutoCAD or SOLIDWORKS based on design concepts and project specifications.Create accurate bills of materials (BOMs) and cutting lists for production.Collaborate closely with the sales, design, engineering, and production teams to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Interpret architectural plans, client specifications, and engineering requirements to develop appropriate sign solutions.Identify and resolve design conflicts or technical challenges proactively.Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, ADA requirements, and industry standards.Manage and organize design files, ensuring version control and accessibility.Participate in design reviews and provide technical input and recommendations.Stay up-to-date with the latest software advancements, materials, and manufacturing techniques in the sign industry.Qualifications:Proven expertise in AutoCAD is essential.
