We are currently seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time friendly, reliable, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting customers and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Checking customers in through our CRM system.
- Assisting with basic administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be computer savvy and comfortable learning/using CRM systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Must be flexible with schedule and available to work Saturdays from 9:00 AM 6:00 PM and available on Sundays if needed.
