Assignment Details
• Start Date: 8/10/2026
• End Date: 11/16/2026
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00a–3:30p
• Coverage Type: No call
• Practice Setting: Hospital-based operating rooms
• Reason for Coverage: Maternity leave
Clinical Details
• Case Volume: Approximately 50–60 surgical cases per day
• Patient Population: Neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, and adult
• Supervision Model: Mix of solo cases and CRNA supervision in a care team model
• Anesthesia Cart Preparation: Not required
• Trauma Level: ACS Level I
• Operating Rooms: 14
• Anesthesia Team Size: 22 anesthesiologists
• Annual ED Volume: Approximately 70,000
• Pediatric anesthesiology across all subspecialties except cardiac and transplant surgery
• General surgical cases (neonatal, pediatric, adult)
• Thoracic cases (excluding open heart)
• Complex orthopedic cases
• Neurosurgical cases
• Ventilation management
• Preferred experience with arterial line placement and acute volume/BP management
Requirements
• Board certified in Pediatric Anesthesiology
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• Active Ohio medical license highly preferred
• Self-query NPDB report required at presentation (pulled within the same month)
• Must meet facility rate requirements
