We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our Kitchen Team . This position plays a vital role in delivering high-quality food with remarkable speed, accuracy, and hospitality.

Position Type:

Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available

Minimum of 4days / 20-30 hours per week

Daylight and evening shifts available

Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is required

Access to scholarship opportunities of up to $2,500 per year

Sundays off

Must be at least 16 years of age

Ability to lift to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Dependable, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high operational standards

Coachable with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food items by Chick-fil-A’s established standards

Become proficient in all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food preparation

Execute catering and cold menu item preparation

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment

Stay informed of new product offerings and procedural updates from Chick-fil-A corporate

Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance needs promptly

Complete assigned opening, mid-shift, and closing duties with consistency and attention to detail

Participate actively in in-house training opportunities and ongoing skill development
