Registered Nurse – Critical Care

Schedule: Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 36.00
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification: Required
• At least two years recent experience in the field: Required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards.
• Supervise and direct various levels of nursing staff in care delivery.
• Collaborate with the care team and provide education to patients and families.
• Assess and analyze patient data to determine care plans and expected outcomes.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Utilize critical thinking and professional judgment in performing nursing duties.

Compliance / Notes:

• Must receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment.
• No specific color for scrubs; requirements for PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications apply.
