A nationally recognized insurance brokerage is seeking a driven Employee Benefits Insurance Producer who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and is motivated to drive revenue growth while building a book of business with significant upside potential.
This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial, sales-driven insurance professional seeking more than a traditional producer role - someone interested in building consultative client relationships, developing a sustainable pipeline of residual income, and creating long-term career and financial growth while leveraging technology, resources, capital, and infrastructure of an established organization to win business.

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a profitable book of commercial insurance business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and referral partners

- Collaborate with leadership to expand niche and specialty market opportunities
- Deliver strategic risk management and insurance solutions to clients
- Participate in the long-term growth and development of the organization
