Financial Operations SpecialistPayrate: $58.60- $58.60/hr. Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Operations Specialist to join our Strategy and Business Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations process. You will play a key role in managing revenue reports, tracking payment statues, and recording revenue in our systems. Your work will contribute to the smooth operation of our SPG group and the overall financial health of the organization.Job Responsibilities:Financial Operations Management/ForecastingManage and update the revenue/payment tracker, maintaining a detailed history of revenue amounts and payment statusesSupport forecasting processes by analyzing data trendsCreate and issue accurate invoices according to internal policiesEnsure all invoices are aligned with the revenue data and are processed in a timely mannerRecord revenue accurately in the system, ensuring that all entries are aligned with the revenue reports and financial policiesMonitor accounts to identify outstanding payments and follow up on overdue paymentsReconcile accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracyProcess ImprovementIdentify and implement improvements to streamline invoicing and revenue recording processesAssist in the development and implementation of financial operations processesCollaborationWork closely with the finance teams and the service partnership management team to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting/paymentSupport the Financial Operations Manager with ad hoc financial projects and analysisSkills:Strong attention to detail and organization skillsProficient in financial software and MS Offices, particularly ExcelDemonstrated ability to support forecasting processes, including analyzing historical data and identifying key trends for actionable insightsQuick grasp and adapt to the structure of operational trackers and tools to ensure seamless workflow integrationAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBilingual preferred – English and KoreanEducation/Experience:Bachelor's degree required in Operations, Business or a related field.4-6 years financial and/or accounting experience required.Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $58.60 - $58.60 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
