The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent potential and a favorable work-life balance, with no on-call duties or weekend shifts!

We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) to join our Siler City Center in Siler City, NC. Recent graduates of Nurse Practitioner programs are encouraged to apply.

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $127,000, along with an uncapped incentive compensation bonus program.

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities, as well as working alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.

The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical professionals to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

Qualifications

To qualify, the Advanced Practice Provider must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, hold a registered nurse license, and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, specializing in Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) tracks. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is required, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. Similarly, the Physician Assistant must have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for their practice states.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Salary Range

Annual Salary: $115,000 - $127,000
