As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and use technology to document activities while living Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, production support spaces, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor entry requirements, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
