Survey CAD Tech

A growing engineering and surveying firm is seeking an AutoCAD Survey Technician to support a variety of land development, transportation, and infrastructure projects. This position is responsible for preparing survey drawings, processing field data, and collaborating with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to deliver accurate and timely project documentation. Responsibilities Prepare and revise survey plats, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, and construction stakeout drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Process field survey data and generate survey deliverables. Assist with drafting easements, legal descriptions, and right-of-way exhibits. Coordinate with project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Maintain drawing standards and quality control procedures. Qualifications 2+ years of AutoCAD drafting experience, preferably in surveying or civil engineering. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Strong understanding of survey terminology, mapping principles and drafting standards.
