Regional ManagerWhat this job involves:As a Regional Manager at JLL, you will lead and oversee operations across the Pacific Northwest markets (Seattle and Portland), driving strategic growth while ensuring exceptional client service delivery. This role positions you at the forefront of commercial real estate innovation, where you'll guide cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious business objectives and strengthen client relationships. You'll be responsible for developing and executing regional business strategies that align with JLL's global vision while adapting to local market dynamics. We embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career, making this an ideal role for an experienced professional ready to drive meaningful changes in the commercial real estate industry.What your day-to-day will look like:Lead strategic planning and execution across multiple markets within your assigned region, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and local market opportunitiesManage and mentor regional teams, including senior directors, market leaders, and support staff to drive performance and professional growthBuild and maintain relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders to expand market presence and secure new business opportunitiesOversee financial performance including revenue targets, budget management, and profitability analysis across all regional operationsCollaborate with global and national leadership teams to implement best practices, share market insights, and contribute to organizational strategyMonitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities for service line expansion and operational improvementsEnsure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards across all regional activitiesDrive innovation initiatives and technology adoption to enhance service delivery and operational efficiencyRepresent JLL at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership in the marketRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate or related professional services industryProven track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving revenue targets in a multi-market environmentStrong leadership and team management skills with experience developing and retaining high-performing talentExcellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levelsDeep understanding of commercial real estate markets, including leasing, capital markets, property management, and advisory servicesExperience with budget development, financial analysis, and strategic planning processesDemonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships while driving business development initiativesPreferred qualifications:Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Real Estate, or equivalent professional designation)15+ years of experience in commercial real estate with at least 5 years in regional or multi-market leadership rolesProfessional certifications such as CCIM, SIOR, CRE, or similar industry credentialsExperience working with global or national commercial real estate firmsProven success in mergers and acquisitions, market expansion, or new service line developmentStrong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems, financial modeling, and business intelligence toolsLocation: On – site: SeattleCompensation: $300,000 - $350,000This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
