Coffee Shop Team Member

Company Overview: Abita Roasting Co. has been sourcing, roasting and preparing outstanding coffee from around the world since 2006. Job Summary: Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers. Prepares and serves a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies. Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers.
• Suggestive sell.
• Take food and beverage orders.
• Cater to the needs of your customers.
• Work as a team.
• Make coffee drinks quickly and correctly.
• Help with catering events.
• Do side work duties.
• Cleaning and organizing.

Qualifications:

• Must be a positive coworker.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

Compensation: $7.25 - $20.00 per hour.
