Restaurant Manager: Lead Teams & Guest Experience

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Cracker Barrel in Guntersville, Alabama, is looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead both front and back of house operations. In this role, you’ll coach and develop your team while ensuring a memorable guest experience. You’ll also be responsible for managing inventory and operational flow in a busy restaurant environment. Qualified candidates will have 2-5 years of restaurant management experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work long hours.
