Why Caregivers Choose SYNERGY HomeCare Competitive pay: $20–$25/hour , depending on shift, client needs, and experience Flexible scheduling Overtime and holiday pay when applicable Opportunities for additional shifts Client matching based on location and availability Premium pay for qualifying on-call shifts Caregiver and client referral bonuses Mileage reimbursement when applicable Ongoing training and support Responsive and supportive office team Caregiver recognition programs What You'll Do As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you may assist clients with: Companionship and social engagement Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Walking, mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention support Meal preparation Light housekeeping and laundry Medication reminders Transportation, errands, and appointments when needed Communicating changes or concerns to the office and family Following the client's individual care plan Qualifications Must be able to reliably commute to Simi Valley Previous professional caregiving experience is strongly preferred Current California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred If not currently registered, must be eligible and willing to complete HCA registration and Live Scan requirements Current TB clearance, or ability to obtain Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and auto insurance when required Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility Strong communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Experience with senior care, dementia or memory care, personal care, mobility assistance, transfers, or in‑home caregiving is especially valuable.
