Job Description The Project Manager supports student enrollment growth, retention, and enhancements to the overall student experience by leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating the successful delivery of products, services, and operational improvements across the university. This role partners closely with functional leaders, product teams, and key stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor projects that drive strategic objectives and organizational priorities. The Project Manager builds strong relationships across Walden University and Covista, facilitates effective communication, manages dependencies, and risks, and ensures alignment among business units to achieve successful project outcomes. Through leadership, collaboration, and operational oversight, the Project Manager helps deliver high-quality solutions that positively impact students, faculty, and institutional performance. Analyzes project needs and identifies resources required. Develops detailed project plans, which include key activities, timelines and resource requirements needed to achieve project objectives while adhering to an appropriate systematic development process.
