Clinical Support Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
To provide comprehensive product education and support, the full-time Clinical Support Specialist will deliver training and escalated technical assistance to patients and healthcare providers primarily through remote communication channels, operating within the Pacific Time Zone. Key responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls and emails for escalated clinical support within one business day Conduct scheduled video remote pump trainings and virtual educational classes for patients on diabetes management and Tandem products Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and communicate necessary field actions to the clinical or sales team Required qualifications: RN, RD, RPh, or equivalent education and experience, with maintenance of registration and licensure Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) or eligible for certification 5+ years of clinical diabetes experience, including diabetes education programs 2+ years of hands-on experience with insulin pumps and Continuous Glucose Monitoring systems Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired
