Job Description
Title: Respiratory Therapist II - Respiratory Therapy

Schedule: Nights, 12 hours, 36 per week

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:
- Licensed Respiratory Therapist
- Experience in critical care
- Knowledge of ventilator management protocols

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and implement respiratory care in accordance with established protocols.
- Deliver patient care in complex, multi-problem patient scenarios, particularly in critical care settings.
- Engage in patient and family education regarding respiratory care and management.
- Coordinate respiratory care activities and participate in staff development initiatives.
- Provide support and education to new employees and team members.
- Address the biological, emotional, psychosocial, and developmental needs of patients and their families during care delivery.
