Mental Health ClinicianLCSWs and LMFTs are encouraged to consider a full-time Clinician position with Liberty Healthcare's forensic mental health program in San Diego County.Liberty Healthcare's program operates within multiple San Diego County jail facilities and exclusively serves inmates who have been determined to be incompetent to stand trial due to mental illness.The goal of the program is to provide rapid mental health services to people in need - so they may achieve improved behavioral health outcomes as quickly as possible.Clinician job responsibilities include:Providing mental health services to clients one-to-one and in-personPerforming psychosocial evaluationsProviding cognitive-behavioral treatment, psychoeducation and crisis interventionDocumenting treatment and progressParticipating in clinical team meetingsConsulting and collaborating with clinical, ancillary and security staffWork setting:You will split time working onsite at these two jail facilities:The Las Colinas Detention and Reentry Facility at 451 Riverview Parkway in Santee, CA 92071The Rock Mountain Detention Facility at 406 Alta Road in San Diego, CA 92158 (nearby Otay Mesa)Schedule:You will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pmPay and benefits:Starting pay between $90,000 and $120,000 (depending on qualifications)Health, dental, and vision insurance30 days of paid time off each year for holidays, vacation, sick leave, and personal daysFSA, 401k plan, and other perksFull details on Liberty's benefits plan are available at must be licensed professionally in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)You should be willing and able to work onsite at both jail locations noted above.Las habilidades para hablar Espanol son muy deseadas.About Liberty Healthcare:Liberty Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
