Potomac Animal Wellness Services (PAWS) is looking for a skilled veterinarian to join our team.  

With two locations off the Indian-Head highway, the PAWS team benefits from easy access to Washington D.C. as well as the perks of a tight-knit community. Accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), PAWS is a full-service veterinary clinic. We offer routine services, such as vaccines, spay/neuter, and annual check-ups, as well as advanced soft-tissue and orthopedic surgery with progressive pain management, and palliative end-of-life care.

Requirements

• The ideal candidates will have strong people skills, a positive attitude, and be self-motivated.

• Experience and/or interest in Emergency and Critical Care is a plus

• Availability to work some weekends and holidays

• New graduates are encouraged to apply as mentorship and training is available if needed

• A Maryland State Veterinary Board License (or able to obtain one) in good standing
