About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified TICU RN in Indianapolis, Indiana, 46260!
Job Title: RN Neuro/Trauma ICU Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Neuro/Trauma ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience Description: Join our team of highly skilled and dedicated RNs. Our staff is trained in caring for critically ill trauma, neuro, and surgical patients. The unit consists of 24 beds. We handle trauma cases involving blunt force and penetrating injuries, including abdominal, maxillofacial, orthopedic, and thoracic trauma. We care for neuro cases such as ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, aneurysms, brain tumors, seizures, and traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. Surgical cases include complex spine and abdominal surgeries, head and neck surgeries, and specialty OB/GYN procedures. Advanced hemodynamic monitoring, massive transfusion, ICP monitoring, brain tissue oxygenation, ventricular drains, and continuous dialysis are part of our operations. We maintain a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio. Weekend and holiday shifts will be scheduled as needed. Royal blue scrubs are required. About Cynet Health
