Manage all aspects of projects to ensure efficient execution within scope and budget. Lead and motivate project teams, demonstrating strong communication and direction to inspire high performance and successful delivery. Develop and validate project scope, fee, budget, and services during the marketing and contract development process. Ensure complete and timely communication of project information to and from clients and project team. Use the Deltek Project Management system to create work plans, identify team members, budget, consultants, schedule, fees, and costs, and monitor project changes. Collaborate with Project Architect and Sr. Project Architect to resolve schedule conflicts. Provide ongoing communication through team meetings, minutes, and memos. Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, sub‑consultants, and other disciplines to ensure effective collaboration. Monitor construction administration during the construction phase. Understand and respond to technical implications and design decisions. Participate in marketing opportunities and develop successful client relationships for continuing business. Control risk management by monitoring client and technical issues to minimize liability. Review work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and document compliance with the Project Delivery Manual. Coordinate staffing resources with the Operations Director. Mentor staff. General Proficiencies 10‑15+ years of experience as a Project Manager on Healthcare projects BIM Building codes Site analysis Preliminary design studies Contract documents Field measurements Life safety requirements Specifications Construction contract administration Project kickoff and closeout Frequently Used Software Advanced knowledge of 2D/3D Production Software Advanced Revit Deltek, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite/Affinity Conceptual modeling tools such as Rhino, SketchUp, Grasshopper Visualization tools such as Enscape and Lumion Physical modeling tools such as 3D laser printing Presentation Tools (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) Requirements Candidates must hold an active architectural license in the United States or an Interior Design license/certification (NCIDQ) Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline required LEED GA within 6 months of hire Professional Accreditation in one area of Living Design that interests you: LEED AP with Specialty, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, Passive House Institute Certified Passive House Consultant/Designer CPHC/CPHD, or ILFI Living Future Accreditation Salary Range At the time of posting this job advertisement, the annual pay salary range for this position is between $126,300 and $185,600 commensurate with qualifications.
