Regional Commercial HVAC Specialist

Salary: $75000 - $85000 ANNUALLY

Accela Healthcare is seeking a skilled Regional Commercial HVAC Specialist to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area .

As a Regional Commercial HVAC Specialist at Accela Healthcare, you will be responsible for maintaining critical HVAC systems that keep our residents comfortable and our facilities operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities

• Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, air handlers, heat pumps, exhaust systems, and make-up air units

• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues

• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance

• Respond to emergency HVAC service calls as needed

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Work closely with Regional Maintenance Directors and facility leadership

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable safety regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience

• Experience servicing: rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, air handlers, heat pumps, chillers (preferred), exhaust and make-up air systems

• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

• Ability to climb ladders and work safely at heights

• Ability to participate in emergency and after-hours service calls when necessary
